I have been in the apartments for a few years and the maintenance crew has always been quick to reply and correct any issues, not that there have been many, but they are fantastic!
I am a new tenant at Windmill Chase. Since moving in there have been a couple of maintenance issues and the team has been outstanding. They respond almost immediately and get the job done. I have only been there once to actually meet them in person but the couple of other times I have come home to the job perfectly done- they are my super heroes! The whole atmosphere is lovely and quiet- just love living here.
This review is for WINDMILL CHASE at the Henderson Webb complex in Loveton Farms. I have had to contact the maintenance department more than I care to admit at this complex. I moved here at the beginning of the year. Although Maintenance has been EXCELLENT in their response, I can't help but wonder about the structural integrity of my apartment, in particular and of the complex, in general.
