Please, for the love of God, or whoever you worship. DO NOT, and I repeat, DO NOT use Apartment Hunters. We have used them twice over the span of 9 years, and both times we have been hit with exorbitant fees after moving out. Each time to replace the carpet [that they didnt replace before we moved in both times] to repair the ENTIRE HOUSE [even though it was supposedly painted before we moved in] and being charged after the fact for their subcontractors not finishing the job.
