I joined and found four properties I was interested in. I called all of them and all of them had been rented - some over a week ago! This service is a scam, don't waste your money.
Eh... – I joined this service because I was moving to the LA area from Minnesota with only 20 days to find a place to live and knew nothing about the areas. I set up an appointment to meet with someone from Apartment Hunters (free with their service they say) well I showed up and no one was there, I had to call the company 800 number and she had to call someone to come meet me. Great resource – Using Apartment Hunters it only took me 2 days to find an apartment with all of the amenities I desired. They're supposed to provide some assistance in your search but I found an apartment so fast, I only used their internet resources for the 2 days I was looking so I can't comment on their personal touches. Their site had many tools and was easy to navigate. They provided an extremely up-to-date and large number of listings.
