I was having a terrible time finding an apartment. I was driving all over town only to find rents advertised were lower than the actual rents. I also couldn't find a place with vacancy in my time frame. Charlie at apartment guys found me a place within the location requirements and with all the amenities I requested (plus some) in a matter of hours. Thank you Charlie!

Terrific service! – I manage 660 units in Parker, Colorado and have worked with Apartment Guyz for years and appreciate their professionalism, knowledge and customer service. Found my apartment fast and got me free rent – I drove around for 3 days looking and didn't know what I wanted. I called Brandon at Apartment Guyz and he found me a huge 2 bedroom in a sweet place in one afternoon. It was exactly what I needed and nothing I would have found on my own.
