We just moved out and and left our cozy apartment in Imperial Beach. We lived there for close to 6 years. It will forever hold a sentimental place in our lives. Management was always attentive, helpful, kind and professional. We hope whoever moves in holds this place dear to their hearts, just as we did. Thank you Cynthia, Austin and Roger!
Great experience with this company. No longer renting through this company but would use them in future for apartment needs. Maintenance was promptly addressed for dishwasher issue.
It makes so much sense now. BEWARE - I have not had heat or ac for 5 years, now, and they threatened eviction. Slum lords will N O T protect you from the HOSTEL tennet next door. She's drunk hostel, ask me for proof Stay far away...11.5 years on time successful business..no support or concern.

They won't fix anything unless it's required by law. Won't schedule an appointment and shows up when it's convenient for them and with out notice.
