I had by far the best experience here. Chris was super helpful, he helped me find the best apartment in a way better area and I saved $400 with equal square feet. It was sooo nice and easy. I didn’t have to drive to multiple places looking for an apartment he did all the work for me and made sure I got everything I wanted definitely coming back.
Hayden Thomason was the absolute best! Helped me find a last minute apartment in San Marcos. Was knowledgable about the area, the industry, and went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out and that me and my family were happy with our decision.

This is my first time to use a locating service, and agent Austin went above and beyond. I'm moving to San Marcos for a new job at the University. I did not have the time or resources to find an apartment. I came to town for 1 day, and Austin showed me all the available units in my price ranges, called complexes and confirmed availability, timeline, and rate specials.
