you can start by not evicting tenants that actually pay their rent and bills and have a nice clean home with a great yard and take very good care of your things when they complain about things being wrong in their home or residence. this group has refused to make reasonable modifications under the fair housing act.. the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has mandated that reasonable modifications must be made.... they are discriminatory
These people do not know how to treat their tenants. Maintenance will not show up when they say they will. When they finally showed up a week late, after promising to show up the next day, they carelessly threw away boxes of important and sentimental items without permission. Items that cannot be replaced were thrown away like garbage without anyone asking us if they were items we wanted to keep. The people that work here are incompetent and have no clue how to treat people. If it isn't their own heat going out 5 times within 45 days, they don't care. At one point, even though they promised maintenance would be there that day, we had to take off work two days later to ensure they would make it over because they hadn't yet and it was below 50 in our apartment. The people at apartment exchange has always been very helpful to me. I have been renting from them for almost two years now and have never had any issues. They are always quick on maintenance calls and respect the privacy of their tenants. Kelly and Eric go above and beyond to make sure their tenants are living happily and safely.
