The maintenance team is one of the most incompetent teams I have ever come across.
Seriously amazing property management company! Maria is very accommodating, responsive, and professional. Maintenance crew is amazing and responsive.
Garden Center apartment complex (poorly managed by Apartment Concepts Unlimited) is absolutely disguising. Several apartments are constantly full of bed bugs (according to their exterminator) and management puts minimal to zero effort into getting an exterminator in within a reasonable amount of time. The exterminator uses toxic chemicals in the apartments, which may potentially be linked to causing cancer. There are also many mice, especially during the winter months. Hot water is constantly out.
