24 hour service we called because our a/c unit went out and they told us 40 mins to an hour. No one showed up and when we called back we were told no one come tonight, she wouldn't give us an answer on when and acted hateful to us then hung up on us when we told her it was 89 degrees in our apartment. Horrible service and way to treat people would leave no stars if I could

Where is my last review? Did you take it off. It's not hard to track. Violation of 1 St Amendment. Have you given other tenants ba notice of non-renewal? You did that to me after one day of posting about Hillview Terrace Apartments. I'm screen shoting this as well.

I was a past employee never had a lease and moved out and found another job six months later they send me a bill for $21k for an apartment at hill view terrace and apartment that was never turned before I moved in and the floors were rotting through. I even spent a week in the hospital blind from mold and arsenic poisoning from this property. This place will never get a cent from me and they should be ashamed to try and charge anything for this place as they weren't fit for someone to be living there anyway.

My husband and I had a lease through the end of September. We moved in July and turned in our keys as we were moving out of state, but were going to pay through the end of our lease so we a. did not need to pay the lease break fee and b. would receive our deposit back.
