Neighbors upstairs bathroom leaked into mine for 2 months and they wouldn't fix it. I broke lease and moved out. I left it clean and ready to move in with keys on the kitchen counter. I called them to make sure everything was paid and we were good. She said yes you are good. A month later I get a message on my phone saying I still owe a months rent. I have lived in fieldstone in Frankfort for 2 years. Was moved in next to a registered sex offender knowing I had children. This man raped my daughter. Then I've been fined for my kids being outside, when there are no laws here in Frankfort, ky and cops told her so and so did fair housing council. Now she brittany Bedford says that apartment advantage group says nonrenewal for this year's lease. 24 hour service we called because our a/c unit went out and they told us 40 mins to an hour. No one showed up and when we called back we were told no one come tonight, she wouldn't give us an answer on when and acted hateful to us then hung up on us when we told her it was 89 degrees in our apartment. Horrible service and way to treat people would leave no stars if I could
Where is my last review? Did you take it off. It's not hard to track. Violation of 1 St Amendment. Have you given other tenants ba notice of non-renewal? You did that to me after one day of posting about Hillview Terrace Apartments. I'm screen shoting this as well.
