Let me first say, I don't like Doctors! After meeting Dr Mark, I felt completely at ease. She is friendly, personable and very knowledgeable but not pushy or alarming. She set out a treatment plan for me and explained it all to me without any talking down. She is very responsive to messages on the portal, which is great too! I look forward to a long association with her as my physician
