The best decision my husband and I made was moving our embryos OUT of this lab. The people who work here absolutely do not care about you, your eggs, or your embryos. They treat storing your most precious possessions as if they were simply storing an article of clothing. Good luck getting anyone on the phone to speak with—if you do, they will not be able to answer simple questions.
