Warning dealing with this company. We now have to give up our potential child. Please don't let them do this to you. They admitted negligence in billing, made promises to fix it and took it back 2 months later. I wouldn't trust them to transfer the embryo properly after this. It's absolutely heart breaking. This place is absolutely horrible. Dealing with all of their staff has been nothing but a nightmare. They moved my embryos without telling me. If you still have your embryos at this lab, get them out ASAP
Coordinating with this team has been one of the most distressing experiences I’ve ever had, made worse by the complete lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic human decency.
