I wanted to add an attached garage to my house. I reach out to ************ in December 2020 and ************ recommended APAL Roofing to execute the project. I made the initial payment to the ************ representative in order to begin the plans for the garage. I felt the need to share my review because I am not able to get my problems resolved through this company. In the beginning everything was working out well. The owner of Apal roofing was responding to my calls about my commercial roof in a timely manner. The owner coordinated with the city inspector to make sure my roof was up to standard. We approach every job with the upmost integrity and seriousness. Some jobs are easily completed and others are complicated. This one was complicated from day one. We had to navigate through several challenging situations. Finally we came up with a way to save the building owner thousands of dollars. We bought in our structural engineer to design a plan to make a delapodated parapet wall structurally sound.The alternative was to rebuild the wall which would have cost the building owner the cost of the whole project ($27,000).... read more
Fantastic service!!! Apal Roofing is very professional and timely. Our roof had water damage in addition to other issues. They provided a detailed explanation of the repairs needed and fulfilled all the items on the repair list. The manager, ***** ******, kept in constant communication via texts, emails and phone calls. Apal recently replaced our roof, gutters, downspouts, and copper flashing under an insurance claim, and overall we were satisfied. We don't know enough to assess the competitiveness of their costs or the quality of the repairs, but they clearly know what they're doing and their project manager (******) was easy to work with. If we could we would have given them 4.5 stars instead of 4.
