I cannot get over how heartless you are. Dr. Whoever that put down my friend's cat yesterday morning (wasn't Burchard). How could you be so rough, cold, mean, hateful, completely without compassion? You can bet I'll be letting people know about you and your complete lack of professionalism.

I can't say enough about Dr. Burchard and his staff at Amberwood Veterinary Hospital. What a compassionate and kind group of people. They've always taken such good care of our bloodhound, Clementine. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Their lives are too short...for their days to be anything less than extraordinary...Thank you, Park Lane for all the help to keep them healthy...and for all the compassion and understanding with their passing...
I met my Little Buddy at Apache Trail in about 2004. My first Buddy had died in 2003. The staff at AT had said they if they found a cat for me they would call me. I think it was 2004 but could have been later. Dr. Fox was the vet though I'm sure. They called and said they had found a kitten and siblings and that they had one that was white and black (male). We bring our fur babies to Apache Trail exclusively, everyone is always so nice, and professional, and we just love doctor Fox and Dr. Lewis!! Thank you all so much for taking such amazing care of our Foggy boy and helping us through such a difficult time.
5 years we've been bringing our baby. Twice a year he gets an ear infection due to his big ole shepherd ears. This place is run like a big insurance scam. We call to get medication for Charlie's ear and they want nothing more but to see you, $30 to walk in, $20 to swipe his ear and $60 for the medication. Why should I spend $50 extra just so you can tell me he has another ear infection? So sick of the BS. "Oh he hasn't been seen in 7 months " is their reasoning. Great staff, Great Dr. Great atmosphere!! Everyone is so friendly, they explain in detail what's being done n what to expect for future visits, I just love this place! They are wonderful with the furbabies!
