I wish I could comment on some of these. But I have more respect. Don't let these comments deter you from renting here. I've been here for 10 years and never had them enter without notice. And there is no smoking IN the building. Bad tenets not bad management.
Worst management I've ever had to deal with and very unprofessional, I've had multiple altercations with management letting people inside my unit without a previous notice, Beware of the random fee's in the renting portal as well.
Still need to know about the crack in the building that has affected our window frame.
Do not rent at this apartment building, it is not a smoke free building/environment as advertised. I would also not recommend renting at any Halverson Blaiser property. Management takes no accountability and lacks the willingness to do anything about the smoking in the building beyond sending notices.
