This property has recently had a management change due to prior management neglect of the community. All systems have been repaired and are properly functioning, the units have been cleaned extensively + repaired, and the property itself has had all repairs made. The living experience at this location has dramatically improved and we strongly encourage you to come see for yourself!
Wow, I don’t know where to begin. I signed a lease about a month ago for this apartment , “that has been remodeled” and was advertised to have a brand new digital thermostat and a ring camera. This was comforting since all of their old reviews talked about the air conditioning in this place constantly going out. Two weeks and when the temperatures got high, I was in an apartment with no air conditioning. Worst experience ever DO NOT LIVE HERE if you request maintenance and put to not enter inside they will do everything in their power to try to break in they don’t answer their phone calls they don’t have a leasing manager here anymore the pool is disgusting our shower broke and it was filling up and they weren’t answering the phone we couldn’t do it ourselves we had to sleep with the bathtub running all night they didn’t come until 3 days later let’s see if they answer this comment now!
We are current residents and they just locked us out of our apartment and will not pick up the phone to provide a solution. We are paid up and everything and went month to month on our lease, which they charged us a fee for but still revoked access to our unit. We are going to come back from our trip tonight to be locked with our only option of help being the slight chance emergency actually picks up the phone for once. God forbid we had a fire or something similar
