Have to report them, will be doing that soon if nothing is done. Been complaining about my AC, asking for a portable AC, asking for an AC tech to come in. No one has came to my unit to even check on it. They expect you to replace your own AC filter, my ac vent wouldn’t open, they sent a maintence guy to open it.
