DO NOT MOVE HERE. Ac nearly never works, cockroach infestation in every apartment, constantly smells like people smoking, tenants selling drugs, management is incompetent and you will pay for things you don’t even have and that don’t work. Avoid this place at all costs.
DO NOT REMT HERE UNLESS ITS YOUR LAST OPTION! Management is totally incompetent. A/C has been broken for a week and they continue to lie and change what the story is. They said they’re just waiting on a crane to fix A/C, after a slurry of excuses. Today it’s if the the “parts arrive not broken” why are we buying ised parts for an A/C system that has stopped working several times since summer started? Absolute worst place to rent in the entire valley. You'd be hard pressed to find somewhere worse. Homeless everywhere, they take amenities away just because, then when they finally decide to put in somewhere for pets to go, it's literally the size of a toilet and is artificial grass, which is worse than asphalt. So they don't got any brains either. Run. Far.

This property has recently had a management change due to prior management neglect of the community. All systems have been repaired and are properly functioning, the units have been cleaned extensively + repaired, and the property itself has had all repairs made. The living experience at this location has dramatically improved and we strongly encourage you to come see for yourself!
