For those who have suffered any type of injury or are experiencing any type of discomfort now, I highly encourage you to go visit Dr. Jordan Miyamoto at the Fort Apache Health Center. Between golfing, kickboxing, and playing basketball, I experience a lot of tightness throughout the body, especially in my upper, mid, and lower back, but also slouching and difficulty sleeping at night.
