Driver decided to block the turn lane and park in traffic. Decided to come an yell at me like I was in the wrong for waiting behind him in the turn lane... to turn. Driver came and knocked on my window and proclaimed that he had park anywhere lights and said that since I had a small car it was my job to go around. Not how that works, he was parked in clear violation of ARS-28-873 sub 7,8 and 15.
