Went Sat 1.00pm, didn’t even have anything there!! Have they moved? Closed? Update the website!! We drove a while to see the vans and was surprised nothing seems to exist! Tried the 1300 number (and emailing two different addresses) but absolutely NO response from anyone. VERY disappointing!
Went to Apache Caravans Carrum Downs 31/01/26 @ 12.00pm only to find them closed. There website states they were open from 09.00am to 2.30pm. I tried ringing phone number to no avail. Dissapointed that I wasted my time travelling 45 minutes each way only to find them closed.
I don’t normally do reviews.. But when I spoke to the lady owner she was full of knowledge and was helpful as a salesperson could be..
My wife and I picked up our Navigator 13 just prior to Christmas , we recently completed a half lap of Aus and the van was awesome. We had a few minor things that happened on our trip but these were no problem , Apache repaired / replaced the required parts straight away when we returned. Effie , John and the boys in the workshop have been great and we highly recommend you take a look if your in the market for a hybrid as the floor plan works really well. Cheers Janell and Shane
