My brand new 811 Arctic Fox camper was delivered with a side panel already delaminating. Months later, and after untold numbers of phone calls, they have offered me only excuses and delays. I even tried to get it fixed at the Arctic Fox manufacturer in La Grande, OR: they “didn’t have the time”.
Purchased our new 5th wheel from this dealer mid December 2019. It was last years model, not even at the location when we put the refundable holding fee down. My wife and I inspected the unit upon delivery to the dealer, looking for any major problems, knowing the unit still had to go through the PDI.
