Take advantage of elderly customers. Do not follow through with promises to fix items. Loved taking the money though. I would give them a 1 maybe if not a zero.

I will never purchase another camper from Bish's they are all eager to sell you something but not eager to do what they say to fix issues. They talk a big game about 10 point inspection and everything will be in working order, well that is a lie. We purchased a 2010 Alpine Keystone used went to pick up and the front motor and stabilizers were bad...they tried to get us to take it and turn crank it. When we refused they said they would fix but didn't bother to check the back stabilizers. They had the camper for another almost... read more

RecommendedGreat experience and I highly recommend Bish’s RV in Idaho Falls. We live two hundred miles away and found the make, floor plan, and color 27’ motorhome we wanted on their website. So we called and talked to Regge about it, and he even walked us through it via FaceTime. RecommendedWe are so impressed by the professionalism and genuine care the entire staff had towards us! They had patience in the buying process and made sure we loved our camper before committing. When it was time to pick it up, they took their time going thru every detail, teaching us everything we needed to know, and ensured we we’re comfortable with everything. When I say we, I mean our children too, they made a point to make them included in the whole process. We highly recommend the team at Bish RV of Twin Falls for anyone!
Horrible customer service and the Route 66 warranty is $4000+ and absolutely worthless. Don’t ever deal with Bish’s RV. And the service department was often condescending and unhelpful.
