Customer service is terrible.. The least can do is to communicate what’s happening with RV.. Never again will buy from here.. Joe in the service department needs to be replaced.. Never tells the truth and then talks behind your back when you walk away.. Maybe if he did his job it would help..
RecommendedJust had the Best experience here! Allen, in service, took such great care of us after we rented the worst rv from Cruise America.Com. We came in with a disgusting and full toilet and he took care of it super quick! He also took care of black mold that we found in our shower, which is especially scary, since we are traveling with our tiny newborn. Not something you want me to do today...Not happy with this place at all.. when they have your camper for two and a half months for warranty work on a 2017 5th wheel.. Makes me never want to go back there again.. Nothing is right about the repairs.. a kindergartener could of done better..
Have bought both of our campers there, when it's time for #3 that's where it will come from!
