Update: Kayla from Apac contacted me yesterday & we have worked out an acceptable resolution to the problem. Apac was doing road surfacing north of Bolivar Missouri last week & one their trucks slung rocks or chunks of asphalt that has put chips in my windshield. I've called twice about the problem & told I need to speak with "Kevin". Kevin doesn't answer the phone or return calls!
