They were easy to get ahold of. I called 4 places and left messages. They got back to me in the same day and were there with in two days. I've had problems in the past with a few places because they couldn't totally reach the upper level of my house (my house is a little taller than normal) but this place did it only once and it came out great. I will use them again when it needs it.
