I have been using Phil for at least 20 years and he’s the best! Good dependable work.
Phil and his team at AP Motorworks have been my mechanics since I purchased my used XC90 seven years ago. They have been able to keep my Volvo on the road and running well. From timing belt replacement, oil seals, and brakes to repairing 'minor' accidents (major to the other guy) they have kept us on the road and happy. I recommend them for your Volvo and other vehicles (they have worked on my Suburban and other cars as well).

The Volvo dealership claimed that my car was knocking and needed a new engine because I was hearing a noise. After a quote of around 20k dollars I didn’t know what I was going to do. I found this to be fishy as the car only has 110k miles. So, I took it to Phill for a second opinion. It turned out to be an exhaust rattle and nothing to be concerned about. He was very honest with me and said he didn’t feel right replacing a perfectly good engine. I’m so glad I took it to him! Highly recommend this shop!
Phil and his crew are excellent, honest mechanics that can preform any repair on any vehicle. Foreign or domestic. Biggest plus? Their pricing is incredibly fair on anything and he truly cares about his customers. Make an appointment. It's a small shop.
