i wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else
We have purchased three cars from this company in the past 2 years. The first was a 2001 Chevy suburban. Then we purchased a 2001 Ford Escort. Both cars were reviewed by Burnsville motors to be in good shape. We did not purchase the extended warenty on the suburban and the tansmission went out after owning the truck a year. Most recently the 2001 Ford transmission went out along with other important componants of the car. For this instance they gave us $1800 towards the Ford which we used to purchase a 2006 Dodge. Very happy with the service we have received over the years. We have been taking our cars in for service for a little over 2 years and have always had great customer service, and we never have had any issues with the repairs. I was very impressed with this dealership working with me though my credit wasn't the greatest. I was pleased with the vehicle purchase and the value if my trade-in. I also utilized the service area which was trustworthy and did a great job on my vehicle. I would totally recommend this dealer to others!
Bryan was able to sell a vehicle that was not really in his purview and to do a good job at it. We like the car and hope to keep it for many years. I would go back to Burnsville Motors to buy another vehicle, because there was not a lot of pressure and the price was right, and service great.
