Just purchased the ap lazer sn1812lr, first time laser buyer, new to this world and let me tell you I landed right where I need to be. We recently had training for our new laser machine. Lindsey did a great job of explaining care and maintenance and pointed out things for us to see on an actual machine. She went through the features of the Lightburn software and helped with some settings. We were able to engrave on a tumbler and a coaster! We're excited to start practicing on different materials and be able to share our creations with family and friends! :)
I have nothing but good things to say about every interaction I've had with every employee from AP Lazer! The ordering process was easy. Received a lot of great information during the one-on-one training sessions. There was an issue with the laser a few weeks after I received it, but the tech support was available at night when I got home from work (I work 12-hour shifts), and they were amazing!!
