Had a heat pump installed. The crew Austin sent was great. Fast thorough and professional. They hauled the old equipment away and clean up was amazing. Time from first contact to estimate and install was less than a week. Totally impressed with the entire experience. Jake stayed in touch through the entire time. Highly recommend
We had AP install a new system for our home, and they did an absolutely fantastic job. Every interaction was marked by kindness, even when we stopped home for lunch. That level of care extended beyond the installation—when the pump gave out the same night they finished, Austin came at 9:30 PM to replace it, ensuring we had AC. They truly go above and beyond, and we couldn’t be more impressed!
Today I had a staff member from AP HVAC come out to work on my AC units. Mr. Hill, had good people skills, easy to talk too and listened to the details of the concerns I had. He showed me what he wa a doing and explained why I was having the issue and what I could do to prevent it in the future. The job was done quickly with no mess left behind and he double checked his work and checked with me to make sure we hit all the boxes I was concerned with.
