Booked load from this facility previous evening , after reading those horrible reviews I called broker and said I need $1000 extra for sitting and waiting to get loaded all day or I give load back, broker said he can pay detention which we all know is 90% lie and their $200 detention rate per day is just ridiculous, I only gave 2 options, updated ratecon with $1K added or I give load back and find someone else, he said he need to keep load covered and sent me new ratecon.Guys glad I did this, like previous reviews say they r... read more
They are just to slow . Pass on the load for sure. Best thing you will do for your self.
If there were no stars to leave that's what I would have left "0 Stars". I paid close to $600 for a catalytic converter manufactured buy these people. I bought it through a parts company who has been around for over 60 years. Out of the three gaskets supplied, two of the gaskets were not thick enough and could not be used. So whoever put those thin gaskets in the box and the engineers did not follow quality control. I had to buy two gaskets and paid another $20 towards my catalytic converter. Received (2) catalytic converter to axle exhaust systems from (2) different retailers. Both had the exact same problem. The H pipe was welded together crooked. Horrible quality control. Came from China. I spoke with an AP technical service guy about a question I had. He said he didn't have any information on my car. The exhaust was listed for my car. He told me to get on YouTube and see if I can find my answers there. I wouldn't buy anything from this company.
