Great customer service from the front desk to hygienist and the dentist. Very friendly staff and helpful. I have missed several years of care and was nervous for my first appointment. It’s been 2 years now and im so glad I did it. They made me very comfortable and worked with my schedule to accommodate my needs. Love Hillside dental and recommend ti anyone.
I had to get a crown made and they made the process as easy and painless as possible. I appreciate how the dental assistant explained things as she went along. Dr. Pakula is always competent, professional, and personable. The receptionists are friendly and efficient! I was impressed with the newest technology showing 3 D pictures of my actual teeth and gums on the computer.
My first visit with Hillside Dental was a very positive experience. They were prompt, kind, professional and yet, quite personal. Thanks to the staff for their caring manner.
