I have been coming to this office since 1986. From the front desk to the technicians and Dr. they are phenomenal. I have driven from York/Kittery Maine for the last 13 years as I won't change my dental office.
Dr. Moriarty is great. I unfortunately have a moderate to severe gag reflex from recent cancer treatment. But she is very sensitive and take as much time as I needed to get me through the procedure. I appreciate that very much and it makes the whole thing as stress-free as possible. I would highly recommend them.
To me the shots are the one thing Im alway terrifield of. Yesterday I had my first appointment in a very long time. It went great! Alot of people will say didn't even feel the shots, I felt so very little that I wasn't exactly sure thats what she was doing yet. She's amazing! Just go, you'll be thankful you did.
I have real trouble going to the dentist due to a childhood experience. When I first walked in your met with two amazing women, Karen and Moe, talk about feeling welcome and reassured. Then I met with my hygienist, Su. Her I wasn't looking forward to seeing as my teeth weren't great. It was awesome! You would have thought we'd known each other our whole lives. I’ve had Su for many years, and couldn’t be more pleased with her professionalism, friendliness and straight talk. Dr. Pakula has those same qualities. Once last year I went in for a new crown and left with a filling after she discovered decay was not so bad as she had thought it was. She’s not one to go for the most expensive option if a cheaper one is just as good. I love the whole practice and can’t say enough about how happy I am with the whole staff, including Karen, Maureen, Bobbie and others.
Going to the dentist is not anyone’s favorite thing to do but the care here is awesome. My hygienist is Su and she’s the best! She’s very gentile unlike some hygienist I’ve had in the past, she actually makes it enjoyable to go there. I give them 5 Stars!
