The Arkansas Attorney general Consumer complaint office accepted our complaint and assigned us a mediation Attorney so that should validate my issue and it's public record through FOIA. We did not come to an agreement, Mr Wilburn the owner, had the nerve to offer us $2,000 (the new motor was $8,556) but only if we "dropped" our complaint, not a chance!
