Absolute worst experience weve had with any company Ive ever done business with by far! We hired ** last November to do a 5x11 master bath remodel. Seemed very professional and had a nice showroom in the beginning process. We had several other quotes and they were by far the highest. AP Advanced was thorough and professional. They did what they said they were going to do, in a timely fashion. Their installers were excellent.
Our $17k project with AP Advanced started in November 2020 and was straight forward - demo bathroom, eliminate existing bathtub, build a new shower over old shower space, paint bathroom and install customer-provided vanity, faucets, mirrors, toilet, and flooring. AP Advanced verbally estimated a 4 week project from start to finish - but the actual completion date was almost 14 weeks from the starting date.
