Amber: I have to say the person living below gets the brunt of the deck washing. My cement is full of dirt and all my plants have ro be washed with water spray to get that dirt off them. I am 78 and have to go out there and clean up the mess and rewash the windows. I understand from neighbors that the next step will be saw dust all over. Not a fan of this project! Amber has been definitely lived up to her reputation offering expertise, responsive, hands on, quick to provide bids requested and ability to quickly execute the decisions of our Westminster Board in 8 months since hired.
Amber and her group has recently taken over management of Westminster Condos. When my condo had a pipe break and collateral damage, she immediately got the ball rolling, with the pipe repair taking place that same day (a Saturday), and the cleanup shortly thereafter. She also made sure that the damage was repaired through Sid Grinker. In the end, it looks like nothing ever happened. I appreciated her quick attention to my needs and consistent follow-up until the job was done.
