Been a patient with them for years with different doctors. The doctors are all good, and knowledgeable. But two of the doctors have been horrible about communicating. I have had tests done, and I myself got back the results. No communication from the doctor at all. I called, and left messages on the patient portal, nothing back. There are concerning results of the tests I need to discuss, but I've been ignored. Thinking of going somewhere else for treatment from now on...
Very disappointed. Went here for guidance on my neck pain 20 days after a wreck. I was told it could be neck muscles and not recommended therapy. It was never mentioned the possibility of a nerve or herniated discs. I called the office twice in a day a couple of weeks after my visit to ask them about my continuing pain that became shooting pains in my head. I left a message twice. No one ever called me back.
