UPDATE 10/26/2026 - not changing my 1 star: AOO/ENT Specialists of the Rockies has now billed my insurance CPT Code 99204, outrageous! I do not have a "new" illness and furthermore he DID NOT spend 45-59 minutes with me diagnosing a new complicated illness! I went in for replacement hearing aids.This clinic is money hungry. I've been battling a sore throat, on and off for years. When fall comes, I'm coughing... I've had it scoped twice, no problems found either time. However, after describing the symptoms to Dr. Cutler he prescribed prednisone... and the cough is gone!! It feels like a miracle. Thanks Rod

While the medical staff seemed fine, the billing department and Director of Business Operations are completely incompetent and are actively ignoring federal healthcare laws regarding patient billing protections. They weaponized predatory threats against my credit rating for nearly a year over an erroneous $737 balance ($221 for a visit and $516 for a nose scope they couldn't even provide photographic proof of performing). Received a $600 bill after insurance for a visit that I spent less than 15 minutes in this office. No imaging or testing performed. Find someone else that won’t rip you off
AOO ENT of the Rockies is AWESOME. I’ve been seeing Dr. Cutler for 4 years now He is the best ENT doc I’ve ever met Super nice, smart, kind, patient, expert. Scheduling is easy, check in is easy, front office is great, all couldn’t be better. I highly recommend the practice.
