Katherine is super knowledgeable and caring. Her skin treatments, which include a wonderful face and neck massage are fantastic. Maggie, who handles my appointments, is always accommodating and helpful. An awesome place to go for my skincare needs.

A smooth administrative process is essential for patient care, which is why the hold times here were so disappointing. I spent 10 minutes on hold attempting to schedule a first-time appointment, only to be asked to hold again the second the call was answered. Management needs to address front-office support and staffing to fix these excessive wait times.
This visit was for my annual CPAP review. Avery is professional, knows her stuff and is easy to work with. I am very happy with AOO.
