Spot Hero gave me a two hour extension, and said the facility would honor it. Aon Center Parking refused and charged me $17 to leave the parking lot. Never again. Do not use this parking lot.
Clean convenient and good size parking spaces.
DO NOT RESERVE IN ADVANCE!!! You will never be able to find the entrance to actually park! The address they give takes you to the upper level pedway. Such a rip off.
The garage itself is fine, but getting there is confusing. The Spot Hero directions are detailed but geared toward Waze, so the location names don’t match Google Maps. We know the area, so after a few loops we found it — but visitors unfamiliar with the neighborhood would struggle. The real issue is the staff. They were rude, unhelpful, and unwelcoming. Even though I now know how to get to this garage, I will be considering a different facility just to not experience the same level of rudeness!!!
