AON had an appointment to call me for me to change my Medicare Part D provider and totally blew off the call. Did not call, did not send an email, no message, no caller id record or anything else. And they had the right number & email. The phone was working fine, sitting there unused and I waited all afternoon from an hour before my window. When I called I could not get valid response. The level of customer service is abysmal. Sometime you will get an enrolled agent who seems to enter the carrier changes correctly but later you find it has not been done. Here it is January 8 2019 and my new carrier, Anthem claims they have send numerous emails to AON Hewitt to complete my application and have no reply. I have called and left messages with no reply. Please do not get involved with this fraudulent company. I am 63 years old and I have been having to deal with them due to the arrangement with Hillsborough County schools in Tampa Florida. Please feel free to contact me if contemplating going with this company Hillsborough County Schools needs to get out of their agreement with Aon Hewitt they're thieves. Management really needs proper training so that it can be a successful company. It's nothing like the Aon I use to work for. Aon/Hewitt is totally different that needs lots of work
