I was in major pain, Amy picked up the phone, took care of all my needs upfront, got in the office, filled out the paperwork with Amber and Amy, two of the best I have seen around! Friendly, kind and funny! Renee took me back, got my X-rays, assured me it would be very simple procedure. Got me situated until Dr. Chris came in, numbed me up, and I was ready to go. Had all 4 of my wisdoms removed 3 weeks ago. I have been in between both the Monticello and Buffalo office roughly 7 times. I have been in excruciating pain since my surgery. I was told my first time going back that I don’t have a dry socket and that I’m in the clear, and then when I went back 3 days later for pain I all of a sudden had 2 dry sockets. Don’t have your teeth pulled here my husband been in pain for all most a week now I don’t recommend this place for teeth pulled
Great oral surgery. Excellent experience.
Extremely illegal and sketchy stuff going on here. Gave me a controlled substance without permission, and have no record of it anywhere. Before my operation the nurse asked me my allergies because “the front desk ladies forget to let us know sometimes” yeah. Pull your tooth out yourself, it’s not worth getting it done here.
