We're still deciding if we will book or not, but that I was able to call and have someone answer the phone right away and give thorough information on pricing, details, etc. without going through AI attendants to reach the right person was such a breath of fresh air.
This was my third time aboard the Aolani Yacht, and it just keeps getting better! Whenever family comes to visit us in San Diego, this is always in our top three things to do. We chartered this catamaran for a group celebration and couldn't have been happier. The boat was the perfect size and gave us a super smooth ride. The booking process was a breeze. Communication was excellent and the pricing was completely transparent with no hidden fees. Having preplanned catering menus made organizing the food incredibly easy, too. Huge shoutout to the crew, who were extremely attentive and took amazing care of us the entire time.
I booked a surprise birthday cruise for my husband and was impressed from the very beginning with how easy Cameron made the process, and thrilled with all the assistance he gave me. He answered all of my questions and helped me decide which catering option to choose. Sadly, the day before the event, my husband was taken to the ER and admitted to the hospital. Cameron, Captain Joey, Holly & Cindy were an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Cameron assisted with coordination and booking while the rest of the crew mentioned above made our Catamaran experience one for the books. I really don't think this could have went any better and I will be coming back for a 3rd time that's for sure!
