Company supposedly made an upgrade to their system last week (10/23/24 and disabled some of customers accounts. *** wants to send a code to your land line to verify who you are. When I signed up more than 30 ( land lines cant receive a text)) years ago that was the only phone I had. Because I never changed my phone to a mobile phone to receive a text *** says my account cant be verified. Therefore there is nothing they can do.
A must know when opening a *** account they would not reset your password unless you subscribe to a membership it is a form of ****** for a password . be alert they will not reset your password without subscribing to a membership to reset a password
