Why is it you have appointment at a certain time and 1hr15min later I haven't seen the doctor yet
AOK is quality care for orthopedics. Dr. Jensen is an amazing and a renown Orthopedics in Houston with so much experience and expertise under his belt, he takes good care of his patients. Dr. Rodríguez is amazing, bilingual and goes beyond for his patients.The staff is so friendly and caring. As a walk in they take good care of you and guide you to the right road to a speedy recovery after an injury. Everything you need is located within the clinic and it does not get much better than that.
My experience here was very pleasant! The receptionist and doctors were all very nice. I came here because my clinic was closed due to the holiday. I was treated very fast! Definitely a place to go to if you need urgent help.
My daughter fracture her elbow, she got referred to this place, the urgent Ortho Care. She tried to call many times to make an appointment since she need it a cast, they never picked up the phone, she has to go personally to make that appointment. Then the day of the appointment, the appointment was for 1:30pm, she when inside the waiting room around 2:15pm and has to wait more than 2 hours almost 3 for the doctor to see her. If i ever my family or I have to see a Orthopedic I will never go tbere.
Worst front desk staff especially, the receptionist. She was very late and made my husband get up and down with his hurt ankle multiple times. She actually had someone else from the staff force me to leave the waiting room while there were other spouses waiting in the "waiting room" which had plenty of seats that were not marked with taped X's. The receptionist should have been informing people when making their appointments that they can not bring their spouse, she is unprofessional. I believe they need a new front desk. Wo... read more
