Despite indicating concerns about blood clots (high blood pressure, shortness of breath, overheating and sweating, etc) to multiple staff, no one listened, and surgery was pushed forward. I got a second opinion elsewhere and was found to have blood clots. The risk of being operated on while having undiagnosed blood clots could lead to death within hours. Had a wonderful experience. Staff was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The facility was very clean, easy to find and parking was a breeze. The doctors and nurses explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions I had without rushing me. The whole experience was delight and Paula is a shining star.
All they care about is giving a $700-800 PRP shot right out the gate. Must be higky profitable shot. Do not recommend this place or Dr Jensen.
This place is a scam and in efficient, we where processed for 4.5 hours just to get my girl checked for broken arm, they claim they could not use the x rays from the emergency room, and had to take many more and after they wanted MRI done there as well, after 5 hrs they ask to set up another visit … unbelievable, 9 people came in to ask same questions , paper work repetitive and worthless because the kept asking same over and over , we will never go back, total focus to bill the most to insurance and not to take care of cust... read more
