Have dealt with this group several times, mostly recently for a gate issue and an overhead door issue. I found the service person (same one every time) short and generally unhelpful. The last time he came out to look at our garage door he said we needed to call Overheard door of Augusta as it is their equipment even though it had AOD stickers all over it. Did nothing charge us $120. Called the office they said they would look into it call us back. Never did. Very poor customer service.

Aiken Overhead Door will charge you to look at your front gate without having any knowledge about front gates. When you wish to speak to the owner to complain about paying $150 charge for this, he will ignore you. I called these guys to repair our front gate. They sent over 2 techs, both nice guys. One didn't know anything about gates, but that's okay. The other told me that I needed a new circuit board. They left the main box wide open, didn't even put it back together when finished. This company has no clue about fixing front gates and will ignore you if you have a customer service issue. Called these guys to repair our front gate. They sent over 2 techs, both nice guys. Just got a whole new motor put in- same day service and terrific technicians.They may be pricy but can't fault their service

Be careful with using this vendor. The technician was at our house for only 30 minutes putting in a new garage door. Our issue isn't with the door. It works fine. The issue is with billing. They charged us for 2 hours of technician work ($220) for a job that took 30 minutes. Buyer beware!!!
