Care of patient cafeteria 🥰good food , choices etc. beautiful designs, sunny places, quite the train sets hospitality and hospitality was exceptionally clean, great waiting rooms, honestly, can’t say enough good things and surgeons and nurses etc seemed very knowledgeable and helpful.
Unfortunatley, a very unplesant experience.
I am still currently in this hospital and have been for 12 days! I’ve been very sick many times in my life treated by many hospitals, many physicians, many nurses there’s a consistency in this Hospital and it’s like a heartbeat you feel it every time a nurse walks into your room with that smile on their face. I usually like this hospital, but I’ve noticed when a certain “provider” sees me he really doesn’t put much effort into resolving the issue or managing the pain. “Jaden N” is his name . First time I ever saw him he treated me horrible and started telling me I was going to die . Just like that he said “ you’re close to dying because you missed 1 dialysis treatment. he others. i didn’t want to be waiting to be seen, my son was having a medical emergency and they were ignoring it. the lady came back had asked if i checked in, told her the least of my worries was pre-checking in, my son needed to be seen right then and there. they brought me back and proceeded to ask the basic questions they do all while still ignoring the fact my son had been in a seizure for 20 mins now. they take us back to a room where we wait and wait for 40 mins. no nurses in sight. my son marching is beeping his o2... read more
