Felt well taken care of. Nurses were hard working
I had to be intubated and they lost my teeth then acted like it was my fault telling me I should have kept Trac of them. I WAS INTUBATED in a coma how was I supposed to keep track of them. No accountability.
Had a procedure today that required contrast dye which unfortunately caused a life threatening allergy which the CT techs immediately recognized and I had immediate help. To me, that is beyond excellent care! I was sent to the ER which I got even more excellent care. I am a healthcare provider myself and I saw how they took care of me efficiently without delay and professionally! Big place! The Women’s and Children’s building was nice with big rooms. Security and staff were friendly.
I recently had surgery at Banner Desert Medical Center, and I cannot say enough about the outstanding care I received. From the moment I checked in until I was discharged, every nurse, doctor, technician, and staff member treated me with kindness, compassion, and professionalism.
