I couldn't tell you if the physicians are good or not, because I couldn't get through scheduling! The first time I called I was on hold for 8 minutes before someone answered. She was very nice, but the process was taking so long that I had to end the call as I was late for a business conference call. Mind you I called over 30 minutes before my meeting. Hello everyone I only had one visit at AOC, and it turned out to be a nightmare. The MD WARRINGTON Who I have never encountered/seen. This place Front desk Staff, PA-C Clifford, & the MD are all dirty people. they have my chart all messed up. I do not recommend this office in Glendale at all. They denied me my Medical Records being the custodian of records. Plus, more. Terrible experience. Had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time. Couldn’t get in the front door with my wheelchair. Pay attention to all the one stars. I wish I had. Poor care as well. Honor health should change their name to dishonorable health.

I had such a wonderful experience at the Glendale office of Arizona Otolaryngology Consultants. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were pleasant and welcoming. Once I was brought back to my exam room, Clifford Guss, PA-C, came in shortly afterward, introduced himself, and immediately made me feel comfortable. He was kind, informative, and took the time to discuss my medical history while we waited a few minutes for Dr. Chetan Gujrathi, who was running slightly behind.
