Great staff and my doctor was great.
I am absolutely shocked! We went to Dr. Warrington for surgery two years ago and my daughters adenoids fully grew back! Went in for a follow up with the doctor. She asked if she could look up my daughters nose I said yes. Two weeks later I find out that it was a $580 charge!!! What?? I never would have said yes to her looking up her nose if it was going to charge me- isn't this part of the visit anyways?? I had the Xray in hand showing the regrowth- why would I need more proof? Dr. Stephanie Warrington was my daughters doctor. I will never be back to this office (smells, worst customer service ever), nor will I be back to this doctor. She was not professional, basically non verbal in the office visit- I was shocked! I will not be returning ever!
Visited today with my son to get a consult on his tonsils needing removal. Dr. Boven’s team was super sweet and explained everything very clearly and had patience with us. Front desk was very nice as well. Thank you.
