A very beautiful and centrally located office and residential towers at the gateway to Chinatown and the city of Honolulu. The occupancy rate is less than half full especially on the residential side. Once it was the home of the PALOMINO Restaurant the premiere eatery of that time in Honolulu. 5 star condo with unique architecture. Excellent condition
Terrible parking lot, not interested coming again. Small spaces and had to go up at least 5 ,6stories just to find obe spot to park.
