We worked with AOA this year yo do a full frame replacement of several windows in our homes and two sliding glass doors. We worked with Jordan in sales, and he was highly responsive, knowledgeable, and provided a comprehensive quote, which he was very willing to revise and resend with our requested changes. We purchased a beautiful 4 panel sliding door from AOA a few years ago and worked with Bob. Recently, we couldn’t get it to latch and he stopped out all these years later and quickly fixed the door handle. We are so appreciative for Bob.
