Nakisa Was amazing!! Best haircut ever!
I walked in yesterday and they kindly accommodated my request. I met Nakisa, She is very sweet and professional. She gave me a hair massage that made me feel relaxed and got the haircut done nicely. I also got my brows done and did not feel any pain because she was very gentle with it. She also shared some nice tips for my hair. Loved the service and will visit again. I took my teenage son for a perm. We were hesitant at first but Golda did an awesome job. My son loves his new hair. Price was reasonable.
I had a very disappointing experience with this business. I purchased a shampoo product and was not informed at any point that it was a final sale. There was NO visible signage, NO verbal warning from staff, and NOthing clearly disclosed it before payment. When I returned within 20 minutes with a valid receipt and the product unopened, I was refused a refund.
