I desperately needed a haircut but was at the mall for different reasons! I saw the salon from the food court and went and inquired about cost of ladies cut and if they had any availability. The beautiful lady who greeted me was very kind and got me in to see Nakisa right away! She was friendly, professional, and really listened to what I wanted. Absolutely ignorant staff...Beyond unprofessional.....my wife went in here to get her hair done, the lady told her to come back at exactly 2pm, as she did the lady took a kid into the chair then didn't even have the nerve to come and tell my wife herself that she's apparently not taken her in all of a sudden, and proceeded to get her manager to come and tell her she's not taken her in... Don't tell a customer to come back at a certain time if you are not going to honor that spot, I think these people are absolutely rude, and... read more
Megan has consistently cut my hair perfectly. She listens to what I want, gives me a few of ideas but lets me decide what I want to do. And I always love the results. My hair has never been healthier and looked better. She is a gem!
