Trash water heater, trash support. Water heater was ordered 2 years ago and upper thermostat is broken. They refused to order and replace the part (despite under the warranty) straight from their office/warehouse. Instead, they outsource it to Lowe's and Lowe's don't have the parts. In other words, it is a way to bypass any warranty that they claimed to provide. If parts can break just after 2 years then their product is straight garbage.
Only worked for a day called them for help to get a refund, just for them to say to leave the boiler that doesn’t work installed and take pictures of it. All we wanted was a quick and simple return the only reason we got our refund was because Lowe’s called on our behalf. Pluss the ladi was rude and hung up on me and my dad never buying a boiler from Lowe’s go to Home Depot worked immediately
Hey AO Smith. You owe me big time. You cost me over $1200 worth of time, labor, and material to replace a 40-gal water heater that I installed 3 weeks ago that started leaking from the bottom of the tank. Plus I basically lose another $900 because you only allow an even exchange, and I'm not putting another piece of trash in there so I bought a Bradford White instead. You owe me for my labor and a full refund for the absolute garbage you are selling with zero quality control.
